New York Dept., of Health, Division of Vital Statistics, Certificate of Death 1934
Millard Fillmore Hogel (1856-1934) born in Niskayuna, Schenectady County, New 
York died in Poughkeepsie, Dutches County, New York July 3, 1934.  His fathers 
name Jacob Hogel, born Schodack, N. Y. 1812; died at Niskayuna,Schenectady 
County, N. Y 1900.; Mother Gertrude Van Denburgh born 1821 at Greenbush N. Y., 
died at Schnectady 1885. (Married 1837 at Blooming Grove) died at Schnectady, 
Schnectady County, New York. Millard Hogel was buried in Fisher Cemetery Town 
of Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York. Informant was I. A Wolfson, M. D., 
Poughkeepsie, N. Y. Informant was I. A. Wolfson from records of the Hudson 
River State Hospital where Mr. Hogel died. Undertaker G. A.Sel.........73 
Hamilton St.Millard died from Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
