I give and bequeath unto my son David Crouse all my personal property together with any pension or bounty that may be due or may become due me from the government of the United States as a soldier of the war of 1812 and also to collect any balance with interest on my clothing certificate as appears on file in the Adjutant Generals office at Albany the whole to be paid to my said executor herein named he having supported me for several years at his expense. Lastly I hereby appoint my son David Crouse of said town of St. Johnsville, NY sole executor of this my last will and testament.
