BRINT-Elizabeth M. Died October 5, 2004. Beloved wife of G. Nigel Brint. She was the Social Secretary of the Metropolitan Club for 28 years and assistant to Anthony Nuttall, General Manager. She was also the beloved daughter of the late William Dawes Miller, former President of the club. She was an integral part of the planning of the Club's social events. The Board of Govenors and Members of the Metropolitan Club are saddened by her loss and extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family. A memorial gathering will be held at the Club on October, 28 at 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Council and Staff of Actors' Equity Association mourn the passing of our beloved friend and colleague Iggie Wolfington, a talented and devoted member and longtime Councillor of the Association. Woods, Jessie WOODS-Jessie, 90, who died on October 2, founded Urban Gateways in 1961 with a group of friends on the South Side of Chicago and led the organization for 19 years. In 1995, Urban Gateways received the President's National Medal of Arts award. Today, Urban Gateways reaches over 326,000 children annually and features over 150 artists who provide multidisciplinary programming to over 360 schools in the Chicago area. Woods was appointed to the National Council on the Arts by President Jimmy Carter and was a member of the American Council for the Arts. Woods was married to James Woods and is survived by two children, James and Victoria, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
