I , Joseph Ingles of the City of New York Mariner being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, Do make my last Will and Testament as follows that is to say after all my just debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath unto my friend Warren Thompson of the City of New York all my Estate watsoever and wheresoever and I likewise appoint the said Warren Thompson to be the Sole Executor to this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the twenty ninth day of April one thousand eight hundred and Eleven. City and County of New York Is, Be it remembered that the twenty second day of December in the year of our Lord one thoursand eight hundred and twleve personally came and appeared before me Silvanus Miller Surrogate of said County Frederick Pentz, Junior of the City of New York Student at Law who being duly sworn on his Oath declared that he saw Joseph Ingles Sign and Seal and Instrument in writing purporting to be the Will of the said Joseph Ingles bearing date the twenty ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hunder and Eleven (the preceding whereof is a true copy) and heard him publish and declare same as and for his last Will and Testament that at thetime thereof said Joseph Ingles was of sound disposing mind and memoryto th best knowledge and belief of this deponent that his named subscribed as a witness to the said Will of his own proper hand writing which he subscribed as a witness thereto in the presence of the Testoris Silvanis Miller The People of the State of New York by the grace of God free and Independent. To all to whom these presents shall come or may Concern Send Greeting. Know Ye that at the City and County of New York on the day of the date Hereof before Silvanus Miller Esquire Surrogate of our said County the last Will and Testament of Joseph Ingles deceased a copy where is here into annexed was proved and is now approved and allowed by us and the said deceased having whilst he lived and at the time of his death goods Chattels or credits within this State by means whereof the proving and registering the said will and the granting Adminstration of all and Singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof doth belong to us, the Administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased and any way concerning his will is granted unto Warren Thompson the Executor in the said will named the being first duly sworn well and faithfully to administer the same and to make and exhibit a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and also to render a just and true account thereof when thereunto required In Testimony where of we have cause [sic] the Seal of Office of our said Surrogate to be here unto affixed.
