Lewis of the Town of Newfane County of Niagara and State of New York of the first part, and Daniel G. Lewis of the town, County and State aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and fifty Dollars to her duly paid has and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part, His heirs and assigns One undivided one half of my interest in ALL that Tract of Parcel of Land, situate in the town of Newfane in the County of Niagara and State of New York and Known and distinguished as Village Lot number Thirty and the North part of Village Lot number thirty two, on the East side of Main Street in Village of Charlotte in the Town of Newfane aforesaid and according to the map and survey of said Village made by Jesse ? Haines Surveyor and filed in the Clerks Office of the County of Niagara, is Bounded as follows West by main Street seven rods north by lot no. twenty Eight twenty rods East by Mechanic Street seven rods and south by a line parallel to the north boundary twenty rods Containing seven Eights of an acre be the same more or less. With the appurtenances; and all the estate, title and interest therein, of the said party of the first part. And the said of the first part does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that (several blank lines) conveyed, in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, I --- will forever WARRANT AND DEFEND, against whomsoever lawfully claiming the same, or any part thereof.
