This is to Certify

That Mr. Edmund Newcomer of the Village of Pekin in the State of New York and 
Miss Jane Conklin of the Village of Pekin in the State of New York were joined 
together in HOLY MATRIMONY on the eighth day of April in the Year of our Lord 
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Seven.
