and State of New York solemnize the rites of matrimony between Clarence Brooks 
of Niagara Falls in the county of Niagara and State of New York and Anna 
Skinner of Niagara Falls in the county of Niagara and State of New York in the 
presence of Wm Jones and Ruth Payne as witness and the license therefor is 
hereto annexed.
