Will of Eunice M. Harvey

The last Will and Testament of Eunice M. Harvey, wife of Adam Harvey of the 
Village and town of Lewiston in the County of Niagara, State of New York.

After the payment of all just debts by me owing at the time of my decease and of 
my funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property whether real 
personal or mixed wheresoever the same way be to my son Edward S. Harvey now 
residing in Karns City, Pennsylvania, and

I hereby nominate said Edward S. Harvey as the sole Executor of this my Will 
hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of August 1879.

						Eunice M. Harvey

Signed published and declared by the said Testatrix to be her last Will and 
Testament in the presence of us who have signed our names at her request as 
witnesses in her presence and in presence of each other.
