I Richard McAvoy of the Town of Hartland, County of Niagara, State of New York, being of sound memory and understanding do declare this to be me last Will and testamony. I give and bequeath to me wife Mary, Seventeen Acres and one half of land which I now owned during her life. Together with all me household and chattle property and in case she should be in want or need it I give her power to raise up to the amount of two hundred dollars on the land and no more.
