Root 1881 LAST WILL & TESTAMENT of Charles A. Root 1881 By the Name of God. Amen. I, CHARLES A. ROOT, of the town on Royalton in the County of Niagara and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life to therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say. First. After all my lawful debts are paid and descharged, I give and bequeath and devise all the property of any manner and nature whether real, personal, or mixed of which I may die seized and possessed and which I may own at the time of my death whereever situated unto my beloved wife, CORA E. ROOT and to her executors, administrators, heirs, and assigns forever. Likewise I make, constitute, and appoint my said wife, CORA E. ROOT to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one. CHARLIE A.
