A friend of mine recently vacationing in western New York State saw a
plain, small leather-bound Bible about the dimensions of a paperback for
sale at a country antique shop.  The individual who was looking at it did
not purchase it due to price but carefully wrote down all of the
information inside. She didn't take note of the publishing company at the
bottom of the title page, except that it was printed in 1858. Bound in the
center of the book was one plain white page, in good condition.  At the
upper right corner on the right-hand side, after the cover opens, is
handwritten:

Oneida, Madison Co. N.Y.
