Segar Family Cemetery

Rte. 285, Taberg, Town of Annsville

This cemetery is located on private property just north of Taberg on 
Rte. 285, about one-tenths of a mile beyond the Old Taberg Cemetery.  
A DAR listing of this cemetery dated April 1934 indicated five stones 
but only two remain.  This cemetery was copied by Kathleen Last and 
Virginia Ackerman on April 28, 2000.  Those indicated with an “ * ” 
were taken from the DAR listing.

Abbott, Erwin died May 10, 1857 age 55 yrs

Segar, Benjamin died Aug. 8, 1814 age 24 yrs
*Segur, John W., son of Joseph & Elizabeth Segur, died Mar. 16, 1810 age 12 dys
*Segur, Mary R. dau of Joseph & Elizabeth Segur, died June 28, 1817 age 7 dys
*Segur, Lucy, dau of Joseph & Elizabeth Segur, died July 17, 1814 age 6 yrs 1 mo 17 dys
