Methodist Church Cemetery, Davis Road E., Deerfield

This cemetery is located on the abandoned portion of David Road East 
in the town of Deerfield.  At one time there was a Methodist Church at 
this location but the church is no longer there and the cemetery has been 
abandoned.  The cemetery has not been maintained and only 3 stones were 
found.  In addition to the 3 stones we did find the base of another 
stone but no tombstone.  It is most likely there are more burials here 
but no records have been located for the interments.

The tombstones in this cemetery were copied by Kathleen Last and 
Virginia Ackerman on May 5, 2003.

Cotton, Ellis E., son of Charles & Kittie A. Cotton, died Sep. 10, 1882 age 3 mos 11 dys

Jones, Thomas R., son of Edward & Anna Jones, died Aug. 22, 1853 age 6 mos 10 dys
Jones, Jacob E., son of Edward & Anna Jones, died Feb. 6, 1860 age 2 mos 9 dys

Williams, Jane, wite of Wm. T. Williams died Feb. 7, 1862 age 73 yrs
