Written: July 7, 1857

Last will and testament of Mary Hungerford approved.  Administration of entire 
estate granted to Ashbel Upson and Lent M. Upson, executors.  They to make 
inventory, signed by the appraisers, and return to the Surrogate of said county 
within three months from the date hereof, etc.  Witness Henry M. Burchard, 
Esquire, Surrogate of said county.  

Additional Comments:
On reverse: Oneida County Surrogate's Court, Estate of Mary Hungerford deceased.  
Letters Testamentary.  H.M. Burchard, Suppogate.
   Deceased was Mary (Munson) (Upson) Hungerford, widow of Ashbel Upson and 
Joseph Hungerford.
