Thomas P. Jones Passes
  New York Mills, May 26 - Thomas P. Jones passed away at his home Sunday 
morning as the result of a shock suffered Thursday. He was born in Holyhead, 
Wales, April 1, 1856, and came to this country 48 years ago. He was married to 
Miss Jane Roberts of Utica, December 27, 1886.  They came to this place 30 years 
ago where he had since resided. He had been employed bu the New York Mills 
Corporation for the past 17 years as watchman.
  Mr. Jones leaves, besides his wife, one daughter, Mrs. W.C. Hughes; six 
grandchildren; one nephew and two nieces, all of this place, and two brothers, 
Evan and James of California.
