Rome Sentinel May 18, 1914
Utica - At the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Joseph Roach, Saturday evening, 
occurred the death of Mrs. Mary Doling, aged 100 years and eight months. She 
was born at Constableville on September 27, 1813, lived there until 14 years 
old and after that in Herkimer where she married John H. Doling, who died in 
1894 at the age of 78. She is survived by one son, William Doling, Utica; two 
daughters, Mrs. A. W. Wilson and Mrs. Ida Mix, both of Herkimer.
