The body was found by Chief of Police Long and John Stark, who were called upon by relatives of Mr. Johnson to investigate his absence. They were directed to the boat house and there found the body frozen in an upright position in the chair where Mr. Johnson sat when he discharged the shotgun. He had evidently been dead several days. Mr. Johnson was 73 yrs old and was a well known resident of this city. He was one of the few men of this locality who passed many years of their leife unting and trapping wild animals. About 30 or 40 years ago he servied on the Little Falls police force for some time.
