Perry, at West Rome at 11:24 o'clock on Thursday evening. She had been in failing health for the past five or six years. Her maiden name was Delilah Perry and she was born in Rome on April 25, 1834 and always resided here. On June 28, 1852 she was married to Mr. Morrell, who died three years ago the 10th of this month. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Perry, with whom she resided, and one son, Letter Carrier Joseph S. Morrell of Rome. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wood of Lowell and Mrs. B. D. Catlin of Rome; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Morell was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a woman of many excellent qualities and had the esteem of all who knew her.
