This cemetery is located off Herkimer Road in North Utica, 4/10th of a mile 
from the Herkimer County line. Many of those interred here lived in Herkimer 
County. It sits back from the road and is probably not visible in the summer 
months. This area was at one time part of the Town of Deerfield. The cemetery 
is well maintained. An early DAR listing has this cemetery as the Whitney 
Cemetery.
