Ralph E. Russell, CPL US ARMY, WW II, 1899 - 1976.

Additional Comments:
Ralph E. Russell is buried at McConnellsville cemetery beside his wife, 
Marguerite (Fisher) Russell. Marguerite's grave is presently unmarked, but 
family is looking into a headstone for her. Marguerite had one sister, 
Kathleen D. (Fisher) Sterling, wife of Franklyn D. Sterling. Both girls were 
the daughters of Stephen Fisher and Lena S. (Kinney) Wilson, Utica NY.
