Last Will and Testament of Catherine Kennedy, Florence, Oneida County. New
York  written June 22, 1892  
Probated Oneida County March 21, 1893
Will Book Vol 47, Pg 268

Last Will and Testament. I Catherine Kennedy, of Florence Oneida Co. N.Y, do
make, ordain, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner
and form following that is to say.

     First, I direct the payment of my just debts if any and  my funeral
expenses.

     Second. I give and bequeath to my said husband Patrick Kennedy the use
of all my estate real and personal for and during his natural life, And

     3rd After his death I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine
Billhardt three hundred dollars.
     4th I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
to my grandson John Kennedy and my son Thomas Kennedy equally share and share
alike.
     Likewise I make, constitute and appoint my friend Thomas Balaster with
full power to sell and convey real estate, to be executor of this my last will
and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. 

     In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal the 22cd day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-two.

     The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Catherine
Kennedy in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us, and she at the
same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last will and
testament, and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of
each other do here sign as witnesses thereto. 

E. Dixon resides Williamstown, Oswego Co.
W.D. Blount resides Williamstown, Oswego Co.

          Surrogate's Office  

               Be it remembered, That on the 21st day of March, 1893, at a
Surrogate's Court, held in and for the County of Oneida, the within Last Will
of Catherine Kennedy late of the Town of Florence in said County, deceased.
Was upon due proof admitted to probate as a valid will to pass real and
personal property.
In Testimony Whereof, I 
have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the seal of said Court; at the City of
Utica,
on this 21st day of March A.D. 1893
