To my daughter Polly Smith Fifty Dollars. To Julius C. Preston, Junius Preston and Gilbert Preston, my Grandchildren, Ten Dollars each. To my daughter Marinda Stevens Fifty Dollars, and to my daughter Minerva Sandford Seventy Dollars, which several bequests or sums of money I hereby will and order to be paid to the said legated respectively within three years after my decease. And I further will and order that the several bequests on sums of money draw interest after two years after my decease. And further I give and devise to my son Milo Pond, his heirs and assigns, all that parcel or messuage of land or tenement situate lying and being in the Town of Camden county and State aforesaid containing Twenty Five acres to be taken off from the West side of my farm and butted as follows, vis: North on the Mexico Road, East by land herein devised to Merit Pond, South by land owned by Seth Dunbar and West by land owned by the said Merit Pond, To have and to hold to him the said Milo Pond; his heirs and assigns forever. And lastly I give and devise to my said son, Merit Pond by his paying as before specified, the remainder of my Real Estate lying and being in the Town of Camden aforesaid, and bounded and butted as follows , to wit, North on the Mexico Road, East on Horatio G. Forbert, South on Seth Dunbar, and West on the land herein devised to Milo Pond, containing Fifty acres of land be the same more or less together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtanances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold to him the said Merit Pond his heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby appoint Merit Pond my sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all former wills Testaments and devises by me made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed by seal this eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty.
