In the will from Surrogate's Court, State of New York, County of Onieda:
NY-33-42-76 Vol. 42, 1888-1889
dated 16 Oct. 1888, of Joseph F. WILCOX of Rome, Oneida, NY, he d. 1888 and Fanny J.
WILCOX was the executor.  He had a daughter Frances A. WILCOX who married Horace A.
NOBLE.



Additional Comments:
There is a photograph of Horace A. Noble in my maternal grandmother's scrapbook. 
The caption under the photo says, "A New Grant ______, _____ _______, of NY.  He was
living about 1942.
