31st March 1855 HARRIETT A. AUSTIN, the wife of C. R. C. AUSTIN of Onondaga sold to JOHN 
EGGLESTON of Marcellus  for $525 part of Lot 60 in Skaneateles by DANIEL BRIGGS' house WILSIE 
road, ELIJAH MANLEY's  land , AJAH PARNER's land containing 12 acres and 97 hundredths of an acre.
