14 March 1826 FOSTER TANNER of Marcellus sold to JOHN BOGGS  for $70 part of Lot 53 Marcellus, 
bounded by NATHAN TANNER'S land , WYLSE and EARLLS land, JOHN BURNS' land, ELEAZER 
BURNS' land containing five and a half acres of lands formerly belonging to the late NATHAN TANNER
