15th February 1804 NATHAN TANNER and HANNAH his wife sold to ELEAZER BURNS for $100 part 
of Lot number 2 in the first division of Lot 53 in Marcellus and of a subdivision Number five containing 73 
acres & 39 chains bounded at the North East corner of JOHN WILTSEY'S land. Signed NATHAN
