7th May 1827 STEPHEN HAINES and MARY his wife of Marcellus sold to JOHN CHANDLER of the 
same place for $750 part of lot 59 bounded on the north by land fomerly owned by JAMES PORTER now 
owned by AARON KEELER, on south by land owned by BENJAMIN NYE and west by Skaneateles Lake
