8th October 1817 JOHN EGGLESTON & RACHEL his wife of Marcellus sold to JAMES H. RATHBONE 
for $1300 part of Marcellus Lot 68 bounded as follows: beginning at the south west corner of a piece of 
land called the Ell of said lot and purchased by SAMUEL BERRY deceased of NATHAN PIERCE upon 
the shore of the Skaneateles Lake, and by lands owned by AMASA CHAPMAN, containing 60 acres of
