19th October 1816 ABRAHAM EGGLESTON & ADAH his wife of Marcellus sold to ROWLAND 
HOXSIE of Greenwich, Washington County for $535 part of Marcellus Lot 71 bounded beginning at the 
western shore of the Otisco Lake and the south east corner of one hundred acres of land hertofore deeded to 
JOHN B. EGGLESTON containing 50 acres of land. "party of the first part . . .at the time of the ensealing 
and delivery of these presents they were well seized of the premises above conveyed as of a good, sure 
perfect absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in the law in fee simple" Signed ABRAHAM
