17th April 1817 SAMUEL EGGLESTON JUNIOR and BETSY his wife of Marcellus sold to STEPHEN 
HAINES of the same place for $950  part of Lot 59 bonded on the north by JAMES POTTER,  south by 
BENJAMIN NYE and west by Skaneateles lake containing 52 acres and a half. Signed: SAMUEL
