EAGLESTONE, WILLIAM D. POTTER, & ROGER TOLLES four fifths part of Lot 76in the township of Marcellus . Bounded by land lately owned by WILLIAM MARSH containing one half acre of land. Also four fiths part of another parcel of Lot 76 by a mill pond, near a saw mill and blacksmith shop containing one half acre of land. Also the four fiths parts of two sets of blacksmith tools and also four fiths parts of the one half of a carding machine and tools thereunto belonging.
