29th June 1810 DANIEL KELLOGG of Marcellus and LAURA his wife sold to SAMUEL EGGLESTON 
JUNIOR of same place for $525 part of lot 59 bounded on the north by land owned by JAMES PORTER, 
on the south by BENJAMIN NYE and on the west by Skaneateles Lake containing 52 acres and one half.
