JONES EARL JUNIOR  Sheriff of the county of Onondaga in the state of New York writ of the Court of 
Common Pleas  for $193.42 damage and costs at the suit of DAVID KINGSBURY  against the goods & 
Chattles lands & tenements of SAMUEL TANNER. I have sold at public venue  part of Lot 53 bounded on 
east by lands of NATHAN EGLESTON and JAMES COON, north by land of JONATHAN REED, and 
west by lands of the said NATHAN EGGLESTON  containing 63 acres sold to ALFRED NORTHERN of 
Skaneateles as the highest bidder for $90 the before described undivided seventh part of the said piece of 
land and all the estate right title interest and property which the said SAMUEL TANNER on the 23rd  day of
