4th March 1816 LUTHER MANLY of Marcellus and HANNAH his wife sold to ELIJAH MANLEY for 
$2400 part of Lot 52 bounded by an hundred acres heretofore deeded to SIMEON SKEELS lying on the 
same lot . Also six  acres of swamp land on the same lot beginning on the south side of the road on 
BENJAMIN EGLESTON's west line containing one hundred and ten acres be the same more or less.
