27th June, 1814   JAMES RATHBONE & PEGGY his wife and JAMES HARVY RATHBONE & 
CLORINDA his wife of Marcellus  sold to CHARLES RICHARDS JUNIOR, ELEAZER HILIBERT, 
RICHARD C. EGGLESTON & WILLIAM POTTER of same place for $2,200 part of Lot 74 , together 
with the tools of trade belonging the blacksmith shop & old wheelhead factory. Excepting about two acres
