31st March 1815 CHARLES RICHARDS JR.  and BETSY his wife of the town of Marcellus, sold to 
RICHARD C. EGGLESTON part of Lot 69 in the township of Marcellus. Bordering land belonging to 
CYRIL JOHNSON, and the farm lately sold by JAMES RATHBONE to JAMES CORNELL. Reserving 
one acre where OLIVER HYDE's saw mill now stands as described in an article of agreement given to 
JOHN B. EGGLESTON and the the party of the second part above mentioned (RICHARD C. 
EGGLESTON) by AMASA CHAPMAN containing exclusive of the above twenty nine acres. Signed
