29 June 1810 SAMUEL EGGLESTON of Marcellus sold to BENJAMIN EGGLESTON for $300 part of 
lot 52 bonded on the west by lands owned by WYLLYS MANLY and LUTHER MANLEY and on the 
north by land owned by NATHAN EGGLESTON, containing 68 and 2/3 acres. Signed: SAMUEL
