The submittor has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ************************************************************************ 5th May 1820 AMASA SESSIONS, JONATHAN REED, JOHN HUNT of Marcellus, Commissioners appointed for the Court of Common Pleas of the county of Onondaga 1819 to partition the premises hereafter described among the owners thereof of the first part and RICHARD ROBINSON, whereas DAVID KINGSBURY of Marcellus & NATHAN TANNER of the town of Perry in the county of Genesee did in November ten 1819 exhibit to the said Court of Common pleas a petition setting for that the said petitioners were seized in fee simple as tenants, in common in equal parts together with AMOS TANNER, ASA TANNER, PHEBE TANNER, SOLOMON TANNER & VAN RENSSELAER TANNER of part of Lot 53 in Marcellus bounded on the south by the highway, on the east by lands of NATHAN EAGLESTON & the line of JAMES COON on the north by lands of JONATHAN REED and on the west by lands of the said NATHAN EGLESTON containing 63 acres. By rule of the said Court required to sell the said premises to the highest bidder. 1 April 1820 did sell the said described premises to the said RICHARD ROBINSON for $1074.68.
