7th March 1803 SAMUEL STANTON & PRUDENCE his wife of the town of Easton, county of 
Washington and State of New York sold to DAVID EARLS & NATHAN TANNER JR. of the town of 
Marcelus for $500 two thirds of a lot of land that DAVID EARLS, NATHAN TANNER JUN, & SAMUEL 
STANTON bought of GEORGE M. WOOLSEY by his attorney Wm. BEERS. Firstly unto DAVID 
EARLS Lot No. 3 in the subdivision, secondly unto NATHAN TANNER JUN. Lot no. 2 in the subdivision 
of the first mentioned Lot in town of Merciles county of Onedaga,, the above mentioned two Lots is part of 
Lot 53 containing 400 acres, two thirds of said Lot and premises above mentioned. Signed SAMEUL
