WOOLSEY by his attorney Wm. BEERS. Firstly unto DAVID EARLS Lot No. 3 in the subdivision, secondly unto NATHAN TANNER JUN. Lot no. 2 in the subdivision of the first mentioned Lot in town of Merciles county of Onedaga,, the above mentioned two Lots is part of Lot 53 containing 400 acres, two thirds of said Lot and premises above mentioned.
