BEERS, his attorney sold to DAVID EARLS, NATHAN TANNER JUNIOR and SAMUEL STANTON JUNIOR all of Easton in the County of Washington, State aforesaid [New York] Husbandmen for 620 pounds Lot 53 in Marcellus containing 600 acres. "Party of the first part is now the true and rightful owner of all and singular the premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances and is lawfully and rightfully seized in his own right of a good sure perfect absolute and Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance . ."
