29th October 1800 GEORGE M. WOOLSEY of the city, county, and state of New York, Merchant by 
WILLIAM P. BEERS, of Albany , attorney, sold to LUTHER MANLEY of Whitestown in the county of 
Onida for $3500  Lot 52 in Marcellus "excepting one hundred acres of the said lot heretofore granted and 
sold to SIMEON SKEELS now living on same" containing five hundred acres.  "the said party of the first 
part . . .is lawfully seized in his own right of .. premises hereby granted . . as of a good, perfect, absolute and
