Nursing Home. She was born in Hannibal and was the daughter of the late Edson J. and Bertha Brown Flint. She was predeceased by her husband Carl W. Buske, who died in 1990. Mrs. Buske taught school in the Bunker Hill areas for many years. She had spent the early years of her life in Hannibal. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. John (Elaine) Reilly of Fulton; two sons, Walter E. Buske of Colima, Mexico, and Wayne E. Buske of Minetto; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Joan E. Orr, who died in 1996; one brother, Claude S. Lazarek, a resident of 159 Hillside Ave., Oswego, died Sunday morning at her home. She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Michael and Madgelena Krol Kuzawski. Mrs. Lazarek was the widow of the late Walter Lazarek Sr.She was a communicant of St. Stephen's Church and past president of the Altar Rosary Society. In 1974 she was named New York State Mother of the Year. "Frank" Lillie Sr., 74, of 8614 Lakeport Road, Chittenango, died Saturday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, following a lengthy illness. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. He was born October 26, 1925, in VanHornesville, NY, the son of the late Carlton A. and Louise Swift Pierce. He graduated from the VanHornesville Central School and Syracuse University, where he received his bachelor of science degree. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. He married Jean Hower on October 22, 1949, in Utica. After serving in the Navy, Mr. Pierce worked for Sperry Gyroscope Company on Long Island for six years. He then worked as lead engineer for the E2C program at General Electric in Utica and retired in 1991. Mr. Pierce was a member of New Hartford First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Jean Pierce of New Hartford; his two sons, Alan R. Pierce of Liverpool and Roger W. Pierce of Utica; his grandchildren: Mark A. Pierce, Katherine L. Pierce and Scott M. Pierce, all of Utica; a sister, Florence Moore; a niece, Jane Klump; and a nephew, James Harrad, all of VanHornesville. The funeral will be private. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. West, Gabrielle Marie December 4, 2004 Gabrielle Marie West, 9, our beloved daughter who graced our lives with every breath, took her last Saturday, December 4, 2004. She is our biggest hero and most cherished gift from God. Gabrielle was afflicted with brain cancer at 22 months ofage and is finally at peace. Gabby had the most infectious laughter we have ever witnessed and a spirit and personality that captured people's hearts, whoever was fortunate to know her. We truly know where she is. Gabby has escaped her tired body. She will always be remembered for her unquenchable love of Disney movies, her mastery of the computer and her undying love for her mother and grandfather. She was truly our lives! Thanks cannot say enough for the loving care given by her nurses, the love and devotion by her teachers, the care and selfless love of her beloved therapists and, of course, all her friends, family and co-workers whose prayers kept her with us longer than anyone could imagine.
