During the 1940's she was Queen of Triangle. She was a homemaker, a lifelong member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, and a volunteer for Immanuel Country Cooks. Mrs. Breed was the daughter of J. Wesley and Marian L. Sotherden Rogers and was predeceased by her husband, Wallace E. Breed, on January 31, 1985. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, James E. and Nancy Breed, Sr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lou and Daniel DesRosiers; and a sister, Ruth R. Dattler all of Clay. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Hon. Anne Killen, James E.
