Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was a bookkeeper for her husband's business, Camloh Machine Sales. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, a member of Otisco Senior Citizens Group and a member of the former Otisco Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. She played Bunko with the same group for 23 years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Loretta is survived by her husband of 45 years, William J. Federick, Florence March 15, 2005 Florence Joan Federick, 87, of Fulton, passed away in Marina del Rey, CA from complications of a Cerebral Aneurysm. Mrs. Federick was born in Fulton, NY on February 27, 1918. She was educated in the Fulton Public School System and was co-owner, co-manager of City Supply Co. for 37 years. Mrs. Federick's other passion was spending time in her home on West River Road North, Fulton welcoming family, friends and neighbors to her warm and beautifully landscaped home. Her special pride was the lovely floral gardens adorning the property. Her many talents included making anyone around her feel special and truly loved. She spent the winter months in Marina del Rey, CA. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Federick in 2002. Mrs. Federick is survived by two sons, Dr. David R. When not overseeing her businesses, Mabel stayed busy with civic and political interests. Mabel's husband, Fred was a Mason and she joined the corresponding organizations, the Eastern Star, The Order of the Amaranth and the White Shrine. She supported her husband in his position as the Town of Clay Supervisor for several years. She is predeceased by her husband, Fred Merrill, Jr. who passed away in 1986; five sisters and two brothers. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. He was a music lover and played the guitar and organ. He was a hobbiest in electronics and built high fidelity amplifiers. His interest also included photography and computers.
