May 22, 2005 Mrs. Ruby C. Casey, 88, of Loretto, died Sunday after a long illness. Born in Orwell, she worked as a nurse and was a member of the Women of the Moose. Ruby was a strong willed and loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are her daugh-ter, Gail Clements of Baldwinsville; three sons: Martin A. Casey of Chittenango, Glenn M. Casey of North Syracuse and Robert A. Casey of Jordan; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Corbishley, Kathleen Corbishley May 21, 2005 Kathleen Corbishley (nee Nalley), 85, died on Saturday morning at her home in East- wood. She was born in Chicago, Kentucky (now St. Francis, KY), and was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Junior College in Owensboro, KY. She formerlywas a school teacher in a one-room schoolhouse in Raywich, KY, before working for the U.S. Naval Dept. in Washington, DC. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church, a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and the Legion of Mary, taught released time 5th-grade religion classes for 20 years at Blessed Sacrament School, and was a member of the CBA Mothers' Club. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bernard J. Corbishley Sr.; daughters: Cecelia R. (Marvin) Morey of Jamesville; Kathleen Corbishley-Ried (Bill) of Orchard Park, NY; Martha (John) Tooley of Syracuse; sons, Bernard J. (Sheila) of Syracuse and Rev. D'Angelo, Antonio "Tony" May 19, 2005 Antonio "Tony" D'Angelo, 67, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, died May 19, 2005, at Kindred Hospital, Fort Lauderdale. Born in Calsalbordino, Italy, he had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie for 11 years from Mattydale, New York. He served in theArmy National Guard. Before retiring he was a sheet metal fabricator for C.F.I Fabricating in Syracuse, NY, for 24 years. He was a member of Local 58 Sheet Metal Workers' International Association and the Order of the Sons of Italy, both in Syracuse. He was a member of Saint Lucie Catholic Church, Port Saint Lucie. He was predeceased by his parents, Querino and Giovinna D'Angelo; sisters, Rosa De Filippis, Mary Salvatore and Innocenza Zimarino; and brother, Pasquale D'Angelo. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Theresa D'Angelo; sons, Specialist Christopher A. D'Angelo, U.S. Army, Bamberg, Germany, and Michael P. Richardson, 40, died from complications of a stroke on May 17, 2005, at home with his mother and Mr. Park-Hurst at his side. Stephen retired, after 27 years, from Crucible Specialty Metals and previously was employed for 13 years at Northway Inn and Hotel in Syracuse. He was a communicantof St. Lucy's Church and a veteran of the Army. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, the former Loretta Bennett; his daughter, Sheriann Baldus of Bentonville, Arkansas; his sons, Stephen J., Timothy L. and Mark A., all of Syracuse, and Alex D. of Denver, PA; his brothers, Joseph of Maryland and Jimmy of New Mexico; his half sister, Annie Sitar of Maryland; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Smith, Elizabeth M. May 20, 2005 Elizabeth M. Smith, 80, of the Jewish Home, went to be with her husband Wilford and our Heavenly Father on Friday, May 20. Elizabeth, also known as "Aunt Lizzie" and "Betty," was originally from Massena, NY. She formerly lived on Congress Ave.and was a communicant of St. Lucy's Church. She volunteered with PEACE, Inc., and was known for her sense of humor, generosity and kindness to all who were blessed to have known her. Her amazing strength and wisdom were an inspiration to her family. Survivors include her daughter, Alice Smith (John Wirth) of Liverpool; sons, George (Joanne) of Liverpool and Earl (Beverly) of Jamesville; a sister, Annabell DuBray; four brothers: Wilfred, Romeo, Lloyd and Lester Beaudoin; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
