She was born on October 8, 1914 in Utica a daughter of the late Sabatino and Maria Pacific Mozzetti and was educated in local schools. On September 12, 1936 she was married to Pompeo F. DelMonte in Mt. Carmel Church a blessed union of 45 years until his death in 1982. Demperio, age 70, of Syracuse, passed away on Saturday at the VA Medical Center. He was a resident of Vivian Teal Howard Nursing Home. Mr. Demperio was born in the Town of Onondaga, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dem-perio. He was a graduate of Solvay High School and served in the Army during the Koren War. He retired from the Syracuse City School District. He was a member of DAV and he enjoyed and loved everyone at the VA Hospital. Most of all he was a proud and devoted father, grandfather and friend to many. Jamrosz, 49, beloved son, brother, husband, father and grandfather closed his eyes and peacefully ended a courageous 7-year battle with brain cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family. Stephen was born in Utica on November3, 1955 a son of Stephen Sr. and Agnes McHale Jamrosz. He was a graduate of New York Mills Jr. Sr. High School class of 1973. On June 7, 1986 Stephen was united in marriage to Janice Lynskey in St. Mary's Church, N.Y. Mills. The couple resided in the village, moving to Liverpool in 1992. Mr. Jamrosz was employed at Price Chopper Corp. for 27 years. He was a store manager for several years in many different Price Chopper Stores, his last store was in Fulton where he left due to his illness in 2004. He was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Liverpool. Survivors include his beloved, caring wife, Janice; two sons, Nicholas and Michael; one daughter, Jessica. Steve was recently reunited with his son, Stephen Joseph III, from a previous marriage, and his wife Michele. Where many lasting memories have been made, and most recently his precious grandson, Logan, "The apple of Pa Pa's Eye". She was born in New York City and worked at the Julius Resnick Pocketbook Factory in Syracuse. She was a communicant of St. Peter's Church and member of its Senior Citizens Young at Heart Club. Her husband Frank Sacco died in 1984. She worked for the West Genesee School District in the Food Service Dept. at Onondaga Road School, retiring in 2002. She was loved very much by her family and friends, and will be sadly missed. Verstreet, loving mother, nana and friend was called to rest peacefully on July 6, 2005 at her residence in Lansdowne, Virginia. Preceded in death by her husband, Albert Verstreet, she is survived by her daughter, Kristi McCloskey and her husband, Paul of Philomont, VA and three grandchildren, Alex, Samantha and Ian. October 12, 2005 Donald E. Zogg Jr., 59, of Syracuse, died Wednesday. A legendary Blues guitar player, he played in several bands.
