VOORHIES DEAD Is survived by his wife and nine children. Charles D. Voorhies, a painter, 38 years old, died yesterday, leaving a wife and nine children between the ages of 1 and 15 years. His home was at No. 422 Madison Street. He was a member of Painters Union No. 31. His nine children and their ages are: Arthur 15; Vernon 14; Charles 13; George 11; William 9; Satie 8; John 6; Minnie 4; and Albert 1. He also leaves his father and mother and two brothers, William and Albert of Seneca Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Mitower of Dresden, N.Y. The remains are at M. B. Rathbun's undertaking rooms, where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Monday morning the remains will be taken to Seneca Falls and services will be held at the Episcopal Church there at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The members of Painters Union No. 31 will meet at the union's rooms at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon to attend the funeral in a body and to escort the remains to the Central Station Monday morning."
