TO  John VanFossen                       Greeting



WHEREAS you have been legally    Appointed

 Guardian of    Thomas VanFossen

Of the town of                                       Livonia   in

The County of Ontario---------And whereas you have signified your 
willingness to take upon you the trust and duty of a Guardian as aforesaid, 
by executing, jointly with your surety, a bond conditioned that you shall 
faithfully, in all things, discharge the duty of a Guardian as aforesaid, 
according to the laws of this State:___________

Now, therefore, we do allow and appoint you, the said John 
VanFossen to be the Guardian of Thomas VanFossen with such authority 
and control over the said   Thomas VanFossen and his property, real and 
personal, as by law unto a Guardian appointed by the Surrogate doth in 
any wise appertain.


IN TESTIMONY whereof, we have caused   Stephen Phillips 
Surrogate of our said County, hereunto to set his hand and seal of office at 
Canandaigua this   thirteenth day of   July   A.D. 18  20
