Mc Pherson an Freelove his wife of the town of Lime County of Huron State of Ohio of the first part and Joseph P. McPherson of the town of Gorham County of Ontario State of New York of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged hath granted bargained sold remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell remise release and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever. All that certain track or parcel of land situated in the County of Ontario and State of New York being fifty one acres of the northwest half of lot number thirty eight in township number nine in the second range exclusive of five acres on the West line beginning at the southwest corner running north one hundred and nineteen rods and eighteen links to a stake and stone thence East sixty six rods and twenty links thence South one hundred and nineteen rods and eighteen links thence West sixty nine rods and four links to the place of beginning. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the revision and revisions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity of in or to the above bargained premises with the said hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to hold the said premises above described to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
