Mower Know all men by these presents that we, Benjamin Cowles and Ezra Burchet of Charlestown in the County of Ontario and the State of New York in the consideration of one hundred and ten dollars to us paid by Levy VanFossen of Pitstown in the County and State aforementioned and Isaac Hamilton and Betsy Hamilton of Torbet in the County of Northumberland and the State of Pennsylvania the receipt whereof we do have here by ackowledge we have remitted released and forever quitclained and do by these presents_________ release and forever quitclaim unto the said Levy VanFossen, Isaac Hamilton and Betsy Hamilton their heirs and assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of land and all the right and title we have derived to us by Sale from the Commissioners of the Lone (sp?) Office on the fifteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and seven under a mortgage to said office one certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Charlestown aforesaid No ten in the Sixth Range being Lot number sixty two in said Township containing one hundred and sixty acres beginning at a stake at the Southeast corner thence running West one hundred and sixty rods thence North one hundred and sixty rods thence East one hundred and sixty rods thence South one hundred and sixty rods to the first mentioned corner containing one hundred and sixty acres to have and to hold the same together with all the privileges and appurtainances thereunto belonging to them the said Levy VanFossen, Isaac Hamilton and Betsy Hamilton, their Heirs and Assigns forever. In witness we have hereunto set our hands and seals this thirty first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven.
